1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to justineqdesigns.com (the "Site"), operated by Justine Q Designs LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Site and any services, products, or content offered by us ("Services"). By accessing or using the Site or purchasing Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase Services.
 

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or purchase Services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old

• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws
   

3. Services Offered

Justine Q Designs LLC offers brand strategy, visual identity design, website design, and consulting services for spiritual women business owners. Our current Services include, but are not limited to:

SEE — The Reading

• The 5 Gap Read (PDF) — Free

• The Sigil — $33 (async brand read)

• Full Brand Reading — $77 (60-min live 1:1)

BUILD — Branding & Website

• The Mark — $555 (standalone logo mark)

• The Starter — $1,111 (logo + core identity)

• The Threshold — $1,555 (standalone landing page)

• The Identity — $2,222 (full visual identity system)

• The Presence — $4,444 (identity + website + launch)

BECOME — 1:1 Partnership + Support

• The Signature — Starting at $6,500 (full rebrand + launch + ongoing consulting)

• The Companion — Coming Soon (monthly retainer)

Service descriptions, deliverables, timelines, and pricing may be updated from time to time. Specific terms for each Service will be provided at the time of booking or via signed engagement agreement.
 

4. Booking and Payment

Booking Process

Services are booked through the Site or by direct arrangement following a discovery call. By booking a Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Complete all required intake forms

• Communicate promptly during the engagement

• Adhere to the timeline agreed upon at booking

Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted

• Payment is required at time of booking unless a payment plan is arranged

• Payment plans, if offered, will be detailed at the time of booking

• Full payment must be received before final deliverables are released

• Late payments may result in delayed deliverables or engagement pause

Payment Processors

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment information on our servers.
 

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital Products (The 5 Gap Read PDF, etc.)

Digital products are non-refundable due to their instantly downloadable nature. If you experience technical issues, please contact us at info@justineqdesigns.com and we will work to resolve them.

Services (The Sigil, Full Brand Reading, The Mark, The Starter, etc.)

• The Sigil ($33) and Full Brand Reading ($77): Non-refundable once work has begun.

• The Mark, The Starter, The Threshold, The Identity, The Presence: Non-refundable once the strategy session or design work has begun. If you cancel before work begins, you may receive a partial refund minus a 25% administrative fee.

• The Signature and The Companion: Governed by the terms in the signed engagement agreement. Generally non-refundable once work has begun.

Rescheduling

Live sessions (Full Brand Reading, strategy sessions, calls) may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduling within 48 hours may result in a rescheduling fee.

Client-Initiated Termination

If you choose to terminate a Service engagement mid-project, you are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination. Deliverables completed will be provided; deliverables not yet started will not.

Company-Initiated Termination

We reserve the right to terminate an engagement if:

• Payment is not received when due

• The client is unresponsive for more than 14 consecutive days without prior arrangement

• The client engages in abusive, disrespectful, or harmful behavior

• The scope of the project has fundamentally changed beyond the original agreement
   

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on the Site — including logos, text, graphics, images, offer names (The Sigil, The Mark, The Starter, The Threshold, The Identity, The Presence, The Signature, The Companion), branding, and design — is owned by or licensed to Justine Q Designs LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our express written permission.

Your Content

Any content you provide (via intake forms, communications, or otherwise) remains your property. By providing content to us, you grant us a limited license to use it for the purpose of delivering the Services you've booked.

Client Deliverables

Upon full payment, you receive the following rights to your final deliverables:

• Full commercial ownership of finalized logos, brand assets, and design files

• Right to use, modify, and reproduce deliverables for your business purposes

• We retain the right to display finalized work in our portfolio, case studies, marketing materials, and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing

What You Do NOT Receive

• Working files, drafts, or non-delivered concepts

• Source files or elements from third-party assets (fonts, stock imagery, etc.) unless separately licensed

• Rights to resell or redistribute deliverables as standalone products
   

7. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project completion, you agree to:

• Provide clear, timely feedback on drafts and revisions

• Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe (typically 3-5 business days)

• Provide accurate business information via intake forms

• Trust the creative process and my professional expertise

• Communicate concerns respectfully and promptly

Delays caused by client unresponsiveness may result in extended timelines and additional fees.
 

8. Revisions

Revision rounds included with each Service will be specified at booking. Additional revisions beyond those included may be available at an hourly rate, which will be quoted before work begins.

Revisions must be requested within 14 days of receiving a draft. After 14 days, the draft will be considered approved.
 

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive business information shared during the engagement. This confidentiality obligation extends beyond the termination of the engagement.
 

10. Disclaimers

No Guarantees of Business Results

While we work diligently to create effective, beautiful brand identities, we cannot guarantee specific business results (increased clients, revenue growth, etc.). Business success depends on many factors beyond brand design, including your marketing, offerings, execution, and market conditions.

Site Content "As Is"

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.

Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of third-party sites.
 

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Justine Q Designs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in question.
 

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Justine Q Designs LLC, its owner, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your use of the Site or Services

• Your violation of any third-party rights
   

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State — flag: which state is Justine Q Designs LLC registered in?], without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in [Your State], in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
 

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
